Hyundai Becomes the Official NFL Automotive Sponsor
The Hyundai brand has always had a positive relationship with sports, celebrating the passion of fans across the world. Hyundai has announced its partnership with the NFL during the 2015 – 2016 football season. The NFL has the largest, most active fan base among sports in the United States. Hyundai hopes to connect this passion for football with the passion that Hyundai owners have for their vehicles.
President and CEO of Hyundai Motor America, Dave Zuchowski feels that there is no better way to reach customers than to capture the NFL’s large audience with the Hyundai brand message.
“We can't wait to show the NFL's 188 million fans the great design, advanced technologies, dynamic performance and numerous safety features within the Hyundai lineup. The NFL and Hyundai also share a commitment to helping the communities where we do business, another important aspect of our sponsorship” said Zuchowski.
As part of the sponsorship, Hyundai will have use of NFL trademarks across several marketing channels, including branded content, advertising materials, and promotional resources. Hyundai will have access to some of the biggest events on the sport’s calendar, like the Super Bowl, NFL Combine, NFL Draft, NFL Kickoff and NFL Playoffs. They also plan to provide promotional vehicles at Super Bowl 50.
Hyundai plans to launch its activation with the NFL during the regular season kick-off on September 10, 2015.
